Description
When apple TV released their adaptation of Isaac Asimov's Foundation book series I was both pleased with the show and disappointed with how much they diverted from the books. The one thing I did enjoy is their interpretation of the Prime radiant, since the plain, glossy black box in the books would be rather boring on screen.
So I set about 3D modeling my own since I had some of Siraya Tech's clear resin to print the casing. The parts all print easily and assembly is fun and simple.

So I dont know about you, but after I saw the new DUNE movie, I went full bobby dukes "I want that!" , and you should never go full bobby dukes.
Some careful reference material hunting later and some fiddling in Zbrush and I have my own very accurate CrysKnife.
Printing the blade in clear resin really brings the prop to life!
